Emisoft wins contract in Qatar

TEAMS Sustainability Reporting is used as the environmental management software at Qatalum. Qatalum is one of the most modern and largest facilities for the production of aluminium in the world. TEAMS has through configuration be customized to meet specific needs of Qatalum. The award of the contract further strengthens Emisoft's position in the metal processing industry.

TEAMS will also be used in the environmental management and reporting of the gas power plant constructed on the same site.

Qatalum has a strong emphasis on transparency and quality in environmental documentation of its activities. The company is a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum and Hydro Aluminium. After a successful contruction project the plant commenced prduction in the end of 2009. TEAMS is applied in the documentation and reporting within the areas of emissions to air, water, waste, surroundings and energy.
