Emisoft and Qatalum made the agreement in April 2009. The configuration of TEAMS to meet the specific and complex environmental documentation and reporting needs within all areas has been carried out during the last few months. Qatalum now have a practical and efficient tool that ensures transparency of all environmental reporting. The Qatalum plant is located in Qatar and is scheduled to come into operation in December 2009. Transparent and correct environmental reporting is a top priority at Qatalum. Qatalum will use Emisoft’s TEAMS Sustainability Reporting for their total environmental management and documentation. The contract further strengthens Emisoft’s position in the metal processing industry. TEAMS will also be used in the environmental management of the gas power plant being constructed on the same site. Environmental aspects documented in TEAMS will be within the areas of emissions to air, energy, water, surroundings and waste.
